Is there a contract or subscription?
No. Book one lesson at a time or buy a one-off block of four or more. There is no rolling subscription and you can stop at any time.
Are your tutors really qualified?
Yes. Every tutor is vetted and fully qualified, and each one is matched to the subjects and topics your child needs help with.
Is 8–10 weeks really enough time before the exam?
It can be enough time to make focused progress. The diagnostic highlights which topics will make the biggest difference first, so lessons concentrate on marks that are realistically within reach. We never promise a particular grade.
What happens after the free diagnostic — will I be pressured to buy?
No. You’ll come away with clear, achievable goals for your child’s upcoming lessons and can decide whether tutoring is right for your family. There is no obligation to book anything afterwards.
Are your tutors DBS-checked?
Yes. Every tutor holds a current Enhanced DBS check and lessons take place in a secure online classroom.
Can I change or cancel a session?
Yes. Sessions are flexible and can be changed or cancelled. We’ll confirm the notice period clearly when you book.
